Poor Sista CindyElla Mae couldn't go....Those two meanies had taken her favorite dress and thrown it in the trash.
Sista CindyElla Mae sat on her bed and cried and cried.
Suddenly an elegant lady dressed in red, lack and green and holding a magic comb in her hand, appeared in Cindy's room.
"Oh my" said Sista Cindy Ella Mae, "who are you and how did you get in here?"
'I am your Afro Fairy Godmother," said the elegant lady. "Why are you crying?"
"I want to go to the hair contest and dance but I only have a T.W.A.," cried Sista CindyElla Mae.
"What's a T.W.A.?" asked her Afro Fairy Godmother.
"A Teeny Weeny Afro," replied Sista Cindy Ella Mae.
