Burnt Store Road is a well know road in Punta Gorda, Florida area. Many years ago Chief Billy Bowlegs burned the store to the ground because he was upset with people and authorities and that is how the road got its unique name. It was only a well traveled dirt road in the 1800s.
The book is the second in a series in which Fargo Flamingo, Benny Elf, Tracker Rich and others go on a quest to find a treasure buried many years ago by the pirate, Gaspirilla.
At the end of the book there is information about Gaspirila and the town of Punta Gorda, Fl.
