This manual is a how to blueprint for anyone who has had a legal and or systematic problem and all others doors of positive action were closed to them; and they did not know who to talk to or they had very little knowledge of what to do next. The greatest frustration which one can be faced with is to be confronted with a legal and or systematic problem and your lawyer(s) take your hard earned money and sell you and your case down the drain. This Manual contains systematic trade secrets which have been accumulated over the years; the techniques are tried and proven. There is one point that must be stressed to the Pro Se attorney; you must remember that you are your own attorney and that you are entitled to all of the rights and privileges and courtesies which are given to the opposing attorney.
Introduction
The legal system in the United States of America is under going a dramatic change due in large to the large number of cases that are being filed Pro Se. Simply stated the term pro se virtually means a person and or individual who file their own law suit in County, State or Federal Court. In essence they are acting as their own lawyer. The situation in the legal arena has severely changed; basically due to the fact that many lawyers have in some way or another alienated the America Public due to their lack of ethics and or their inability to properly assist the American public with their legal problems. A lawyer according to Black’s Law dictionary is defined as a person learned in the law; as an attorney, counsel, or solicitor; a person licensed to practice law. Any person who prosecutes or defends causes in courts of record or other judicial tribunals of the United States or any of the states, or whose business is to give legal advise or assistance in relation to any cause or matter whatsoever. I defined a Pro Se lawyer as one who represents his or herself in the legal arena on their own behalf. Pro Se is defined in Black’s Law dictionary as for one's own behalf; in person. Appearing for oneself, as in the case of one who does not want to retain a lawyer and appears for himself in court. It is interesting to note that in the earlier days of American History and codified law; that earlier lawyers such as former president Abraham Lincoln and other earlier attorneys did not go to law school but rather they studied the law in a rigorous and serious manner. The problem with the notion of law as it exists today is this: most citizens do not know that they are paying more money than their attorneys are willing to perform accurate legal services for. An important note to pay extreme attention to is that in most civil cases whether on the state and or federal level are very cheap and affordable to file. The rhetorical question which demands to be answered now: is what you are paying your attorney for when you hire him for your civil lawsuit. This question can be answered in a short but sweet and concise manner. You the consumer are paying your attorney for what you do not know. Lawyers for years have tried to keep consumers in the dark about universal systematic secrets; these attorneys have gone to great lengths to keep these well establish principles away from the American Public because they want to continue to milk citizens out of their hard earned money for continued shabby legal work and a shaky commitment to provide the American Consumer with a fair and equal opportunity to a fair equitable legal civil representation. I wish to note that in most case scenarios; what has happened is that the consumer is paying for an attorney's car, house mortgage and his extravagant lifestyle with his girlfriend; instead of receiving proper legal assistance. I first come into the Pro se business back in 1984.My familiarity with the pro se concept started when I had received Department of Defense contact with the United States government. I worked diligently with an individual named Sandra Davis to acquire the contract little did I know that before all things would be properly taken into consideration that I would have to defend my name and reputation before a United States Federal Judge from Washington DC and face three United States Federal Attorneys without the services of an attorney for four days in United States Federal Court. The strange sequences of events around this case was that My brother, Marshall Reedom and his partner, Jimmy Bass had an Electronics Television and repair shop and I was approached a Ms. Sandra Smith who was with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Smooth Town, Sealy. Ms. Smith confided in me that if we applied that we might be able to receive a department of Defense contract with the now defunct Carswell AFB in Smooth Town. One can imagine the joy and happiness which we experienced with the thought and realization of having a multi-$100,000 contract. From start to finish the military civilian employees violated every aspect of the contract. For instance, they provided us with no building and no support from the administration but in spite of those obstacles we were able to fulfill our contract obligations to the extent which they were demanded by the contract. Than one day, I received a telephone call from one of our drivers stating that the military has confiscated our company items and that if I and any of my personnel ever came back on the non defunct AFB that we were going to be arrested. I consulted an attorney who is now deceased by the name of Vaughn who was from the firm of Vaughn, Heiskell and Johnson. Attorney Vaughn and Johnson are now deceased. Attorney Vaughn was paid a retainer fee $2800 to handle our case. The advice which was given to me by Attorney

Simply stated this manual has tried to be a prescription on how to show the reader how to become a pro se lawyer. I have studied pro se individuals within the pro se process for over twenty years now and I am still quite amazed how the American consumer basic knowledge about the law and the legal process is very limited. This stands to reasons because individuals are not willing to take the legal process to task. when you leave fairness and justice and even due process to two persons namely an attorney and a judge; you are in for the battle of your life. The legal profession is now on trial for not properly doing what they were hired to do; namely to protect the rights of their clients. The increased legal capabilities of the Pro Se attorney is on the rise and many consumers are opting to go the pro se route because it saves them time and money. An added incentive is that the pro se attorney has the opportunity to accomplish what no attorney has been able to accomplish namely to represent himself in a fair and open way. Most lawyers when they are representing consumers want to know how much money you have and how much that they can milk you out of the case; before they do anything. This goes against all ethics and training on their part; but they do not care because they want to continue to extort you out of money. This manual is not an expose of lawyers but rather it is an attempt to provide the pro se attorney with a prescriptive analysis on how to perform their own pro se lawsuits. I remember a case in Star World in which Julia and Frankie Baby had a case against a sand blasting company in MorganCity, Star World. Plaintiff Frankie Baby was injured at the company when a fellow worker who was working with steel beams on a crane injured him while he was working in the company’s sand blasting pit. This particular worker due to careless and neglect, all of a sudden, lost control and a thousand pound steel beam fell on Plaintiff, Frankie, for what happens next read the book.

I feel the need to opine on this particularly disturbing account of todays legal profession. This, coming from the author, a layperson (non-attorney) who, as it is blatently obvious, has no formal legal training, or any business making these rediculous assertions. This book does nothing more than provide a blueprint of disaster for someone attempting to represent themself "pro-se".

I find the depiction of all attorneys, as evidenced in the aforementioned paragraph, to be the greatest example of unfounded generalizations that are motivated by leftist ideals.
The fact that this book is a "required reading" by and for an apparent "institution of higher learning" leaves serious doubts as to the quality of our educational system.
