Let me pose a question.
What if you only had one day to live? What would you do differently?
Let’s face it – we all live our lives like there’s no tomorrow; we don’t give it much thought but there is no guarantee that we will see tomorrow. Tomorrow is not promised to us. People die every day, whether by accident or natural causes.
The Bible says that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23). That means that our sins have caused a separation between us and God (Isaiah 59:2) and the result is death (Rom. 6:23) and wrath (Eph. 2:3). The only way to be saved from the wrath of God is to be saved from it by having Faith in Jesus Christ. (Eph. 2:8-9; Rom. 5:1)

Most of us don’t want to deal with or think about death. But it is inevitable that we will all see death at some point of our lives.
Death is not a laughing matter; it is something that we need to think about. Will you be prepared when death comes knock-ing at your door? Only you can answer that question.
The majority of people think that we have all the time in the world, because there is no end to this world as we know it. We
live and die and that’s the end of it. They don’t believe that there is a God or that Hell even exists, much less Heaven.
Let me pose another question.
How can you be sure that there is no Hell or Heaven? And if by chance you do believe in a heaven, how can you make sure that you’ll spend eternity there?
The way to heaven is to live in accordance with God’s will. “What is God’s will?” you may ask. God’s will is that we love and forgive others just as God loves and forgives us. It is to treat others the way Jesus treats us. It is to train ourselves to be more loving, forgiving, and Jesus-like each day.
Preparation is essential to every endeavor. We prepare for retire¬ment, for a trip that we are planning, for the children’s college, for a job, and the list goes on. But we don’t seem to see the need for mak¬ing preparation for the greatest of all events: that of life after death!
Let me pose another question.

This book is a must read for the seeker and new Christian! It’s also a good reminder for the mature Christian that we should never take our Salvation for granted. This book is soundly based on the Word of God with chapter topics supported with verses of relevant Scripture.
The Path to Eternal Life is not deep in philosophy, religion, or difficult doctrine. It’s simply from the heart of a man who knows the true meaning of ‘once lost and now walking the path of righteousness’ based on the Bible. It is a well-written book that will be a great blessing to all who seek this path to its fullest.
Henry covers all steps of this path through topics on purpose, the Holy Spirit, choices, perseverance and more, including decision and a prayer of Salvation. I could not find anything lacking or that would leave the reader confused about where they will spend eternity—heaven or hell.
We all have a testimony and Henry is no exception. He shares his testimony that plants a seed, nurtures and reaps. It is important that we all share our individual testimonies to help guide the lost to the path to eternal life.
This book closes with precious testimonies of a few who have made the choice to live for the Father and discovered their true purpose in life.
Make this book a priority for this month’s reading. Don’t leave it another day. It could be the tool to help you to share your testimony and lead others on to the path of truth.

Henry Miranda is a student, teacher, preacher and author who lives to share his testimony and the Word of God that leads to eternal life.
