We all have a part of perversity, but we are not all narcissistic perverts. Perversity would be the pleasure experienced by a man or a woman, when he or she hurts someone else. Ok then! If I think it over, my tax collector is a perverse, since he has pleasure in monthly, picking up a part of my incomes while it's hard for me to make ends meet. This is normally not the case! Joke apart; when we speak about narcissistic pervert, we talk about this man or woman, who, within the frame of our relationship, acts in an abnormal and hidden way to feel pleasure in seeing us, you or me, experiencing distress, sorrow or whichever pain you may bear. There is no need for me to say in addition to this, that he comes out of this all, with a feeling of being even more grown up, with a brighter plumage, and that he will expect praises, admirations, boundless acknowledgements and even more unlimited rewards. The stronger the narcissistic pervert is, and the less obvious his manipulations will be. He knows how to play with words and with other one's feeling as though other ones belong to the most unintelligent people on earth. Far from being stupid the Narcissistic pervert, knows how to be brilliant especially in public, and be sure that you will find him/her among workers as well as among high executive managers, business leaders, firm manager, politics whichever sides they may be pertaining to, and so on. 
All this to say that the PN is an individual who will convince other people around you, that you are what you are not, but in addition to this, will make himself appear to be the more magnanimous, the most brilliant, the most magnet human being that the earth has ever had on its surface, and there are legions of witnesses to say that if there is a problem within your relation with him/her, it is because of you, the victim.
