Follow her pain, tears, and joys as she reaches her target, and enters into a new stage of her life.

Excerpt

It was one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make. I didn't know how it happened. But it did. Waking up everyday as a 40 year old blonde, and a 140kg beach whale was beginning to take its toll upon my aching sick body, and more importantly my life. Everything was becoming more and more difficult, to the extent that I was finding life extremely dificult, including my health. Everyday was a struggle, and it was getting worse. "Miranda, can't you hurry up, we'll miss the bus." My super slim friends would say, as I struggled to catch my breath, hobbling along behind them. You see being fat was no big deal for me. I've had this issue all my life. I wa used to hearing people making fun of my weight. "Look at that elephant," some people mocked. "She should be eating salad, not fish and chips," others shouted. "I wouldn't want to go with her, she might flatten me." Men commented. Yet, all I could do was numb myself to all the mean things people would shout out at me. The pain I felt with each passing comment was too much to bear. I chose not to give them, the tormentors pleasure, by showing them how much their comments hurt. However, I know what you're thinking? You're thinking it's all my own doing. You may be right thinking that. It probably is, and if I could turn back the clock, I would. But I can't. How did it happen? How did I get so fat or morbidly obese? It's a long story. One that happened way back, when I was a little girl.
