One day these eyes are going to close - Like the window of the eye. Behind the clouds of a shattered door. And I won't say what I missed or whom I kissed, who I loved, or failed to embrace. When that day comes, I'll walk no more, like once before as you and I know, but as a memory - remembering me as the stars, the wind, the mountainous trees or cool summer breeze.
Rather, you and me, a touch a smile or softly spoken word that said little - But meant so much. O yes, one day these eyes shall close? No, will close as the dust to a pebble rose, to reveal what has been concealed until now through the stillness of his will. And I shall pass just as time - beyond infinite moments in the space of your mind. And you will realize how much you loved me as I realize how much I loved you.
