How to cope with Grief

Category:  Spirituality
Type: Non-Fiction

This electronic book will encourage anyone going through some kind of tragedy or loss of a loved one. Grieving is a difficult process and learning how to cope is a challenge. Be encouraged by reading this ebook to see that like me, you or a loved one can get through this too.

My name is Cheryline Lawson, mother of two boys Jamal and Jevon Lawson, ages 17 and 12 respectively as well as the wife of Fredrick Lawson.

Today my life appears to be normal, but it wasn’t so 21 years ago. I gave birth to my only child at the time, in 1986, whose name was Chadrick Lawson. As an only child, he was the apple of my eye. I began to plan for his future before he was born. Little did I know that I would outlive him.

There was no rhyme or reason why he was suddenly taken away from me. Although it was an accident, it could have been avoided. When you read the story, you may agree with me on that point, but you will also agree that some things happen for reasons that we cannot explain.

Excerpt

“The Death and Birth of my child”
“Nine months to labor and recovery.”

Let Your Goddess Grow! by Charlene Proctor

Intuitively, I know I've lived many lifetimes, and none more interesting than the one I'm living now. However, being born an old soul somehow did not excuse me from the same job I share with you and that is learning to craft a positive attitude about
