Mick Murphy has to stop a terrorist attack in Key West and finds authorities are not concerned.
While after Russian mob boss Alexei, Mick Murphy stumbles across a plan by Iranian terrorists to use Palestinians to attack Key West. Putting his chase for Alexei on hold, Murphy goes back to Key West only to find local authorities show little concern about the plot. With his usual collection of mismatched friends, including an ex-smuggler and a government blackbag operative, the group goes about planning to stop the terrorists.
