Last we left Miss Tiara James (Hood Chicks Story), she was set to start her new life with her man, Tony and heal from her baby brother, Sharod's death. Indeed what a life she has created!!
For starters, Tony isn't the man she thought he was or is he? Friends start to re surface from the hood and seem to be grown up. But in reality, they never did grow up and begin to bring the Hood back into Tiara's life. Family ties are still broken and possibly severed. Hood Chicks Story Pt.2 is filled with so many emotions from laughter to pain to anger that eventually leads to a devestating event that will have you crying like a new born baby!
LaShonda DeVaughn made me laugh, cry, and even at times feeling Tiara's anger with this page turning story. She has once again left no page unfelt with emotion. You felt Tiara's ride to rise above it all through good, bad and even the worst of times through LaShonda DeVaughn's pen!!
