We talked about everything but our favorite topic was Mothers. For instance,

the bitch hated your guts and never wanted to see you?
Me and Cess never debated this issue. To us that’s like askin:
Is it worse to be shot in the heart or stabbed in the heart?
I mean Let’s Be Real Here.
Is your heart still not damaged?
Both are Life Threatnin Wounds that take Forever to heal and inevitably leave
Permanently Disfigurin Scars.
What we discuss is How We Feel about these issues:
how our situations Affect Us Personally.
Princess could discuss her mother with no one else in the world and neither could I.
I mean, there was no one else I could open up to, not even JR, and JR was my
second closest friend in the world, my twin, my Brother From Another Mother.
But JR was Highly Judgmental, consumed with Right & Wrong,
which made him Not A Very Good Confidant.
All a us was in that same Motherless boat together: me, Cess, JR and Squared.
All a us had a hole in our lives where a mother should be.
First there was JR: the foster child who had seen his real mother infrequently
until he was released into the care a his father and now never saw her at all.
Then there’s Squared: the son of a basehead being raised with his motherless cousin/sister in a gay triumvirate.
Cess: the child so absolutely unwanted she was almost killed by neglect.
And I of course am the son a The Disappearing Junkie:

My Mission In Life became a Simple One.
