Deep Within
Inside, there is a rose waiting to bloom.
Each petal represents, something I have to offer.
Kindness, reliability, trust, and love are only a few.
Treat me gently, I will open wide toward the heavens, and share myself unselfishly.
Nurture me, I will last forever.
Treat me without care and love, I will wither and die.
Treat me with cruelty, my thorns will appear, causing pain.
