This is the 2nd Nibs adventure which finds Nibs running for his life through the streets of Paris and beyond as thieves are bent on getting their hands on a twenty million dollar collar Nibs is seen wearing as his own servants are frantically searching for him.
After Nibs’ trip to London, he goes to Paris, France to see the sights and have a relaxing vacation. But what he finds instead was worse than anything he could imagine as London paled compared to Paris. Although Nibs being a billionaire he decides it would be safer to wear an inexpensive rhinestone collar about his neck rather than a multi million dollar diamond collar he happens to own called the Stars of Night once owned by a wealthy maharaja. But thieves upon seeing him in public wearing it, mistaken it for the rare diamond collar to have once belonged to the wealthy maharaja’s cat worth several million dollars and decide to kidnap Nibs to get the collar.
What happens next is Nibs finds himself chased through the streets of Paris and beyond, running for his life as thieves are bent on getting a hold of that collar as Nibs’ servants and his adopted father; Mr. Cuttleworth are frantically combing Paris to find Nibs before the money hungry thieves do.
