Ex soldier Danny Nelson is contacted out of the blue by a mysterious man claiming to have information about a connection between the prophet Nostradamus, lost treasure, and Danny’s own family. Danny ends up embarking on a bizarre yet dangerous journey around Europe in search of the truth. He is given a series of conflicting stories and clues as to the truth behind the family history, his stalker, and the possibility that members of a secret society called the Insubrians want him dead. In order to discover the truth and to ensure survival, Danny is reluctantly forced to call upon his old colleagues and extensive military skills in order to decipher the numerous clues and codes before the mysterious Insubrians catch up to him. As the truth becomes a lie and the lies become true, Danny struggles to figure out who he can and cannot trust, and who is willing to sacrifice him to fulfil their own ulterior motives.
