"This bridge is what started this booklet. As children my brother, John, sister Audrey and I spent many summer days in West Cornwall, Ct. visiting my Aunt Elsie (my Mother's sister). Part of the fun of going to Litchfield County was the ride over the nosy bridge that led to Uncle Rob and Aunt Elsie's farm house on the other side.
And in 2013 I wanted to get a picture of the West Cornwall Covered Bridge I remembered as a child. There had been many summer days I even took my own children to the Litchfield Hills to see this bridge, their quaint railroad station and the beautiful scenery.
