When Howard Colborn found the treasure of his pirate ancestors in the late 1800's, certain events led him to hide the treasure again. 

Howard Colborn was never seen again. 

Now, over a hundred years later, Katharine Malloy finds an old letter written by Howard to his daughter, Genevieve. 

Enlisting the help of the Stark brothers, Bobby and Brandon find themselves hunting for buried treasure, or more specifically, Colborn's treasure. They soon discover they are not the only ones searching for it. 

Racing to stay one step ahead of danger, the boys must retrace the steps of pirate history, involved in an ancient mystery where one false step could be their last.
