Scripture focus: Psalm 32: 7 Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt
preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of
deliverance. Selah.
Psalm 32: 11 Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for
joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
Thought: isn’t it a wonderful thing to know we can go before the throne
of God in prayer! We can cry out to him, seek his forgiveness and just as
a child that has done something wrong, the parent will say, it’s okay, I
love you and tell you not to do it again. We have such a great opportunity
to get a deep personal relationship with God, it is his desire for us to be
in his presence and he gave us prayer as an way to commune with him.
Prayer is a simple conversation between you and God the more you talk
the better it gets.
Prayer: Good morning Lord and thank you for waking us up today, thank you for forgiving us on this day for the thoughts and actions not pleasing to you. Lord as this day goes forth let each of us be a direct reflection of your heart, your spirit and your character. We bind up all negativity that will try to discourage our day and release the Love and Peace of God in every area of our life, our homes, our families, our jobs.
Speak to our hearts today lord and teach us as you guide us the direction
you have ordained for us. We love you and we all need more of you, more
of your wisdom, your knowledge, your strength, your peace, and yes Lord
we need a lot more of your very presence in operation in every area of ourlives. Thank you for removing the sorrows of our life, and giving us not
only deliverance from troubled hearts and minds but also a joy and peace
that is unknown to those not in your presence. In Jesus name amen.
