The Vertical System is non-transactional, converting work effort directly to liquid asset in personal bank accounts. Liquid`assets can be converted to fixed to gain ownership of an object or service. Most of our institutions can operate in this environment.
Residuals develop when a person facilitates a benefit to another. This produces an income stream for the facilitator. Example would be a teacher who produces a winning class.
Our infrastructure is old and crumbling. Where work creates value, we could afford to fix it. Medical insurance would be obsolete as the service would create value as compared to using it up.
However, the insurance company skills would be very valuable and well compensated as would be the banks.
Work would create value as compared with our system that is using it up.
