Participation and Skills
More and more of you kids and young adults are starting to participate in boxing these days. What I want to do is put down on paper in a book the fundamental skills needed and how you young kids can learn these fundamental skills to score punches and proteact yourself. I know it can be dangerous. I will try to indicate in the book all the precautions and the step by step approaches that have to be taken to keep you young kids from getting seriously injured while you are training.
