The Path of Life Guidebook identifies spirit, mind, and body principles that result in healthy, successful, and satisfying lives. Also, discover what Pamela Ellis asserts are 'true laws of attraction' that result in the favor of God and man in your life.

This guidebook offers instructions and exercises, which achieve the positive benefits of spirituality, increased mood enhancement, energy, strength, improved appearance, and overall wellness.  The objectives of this guidebook are:

  • to help each individual discover where they are spiritually according to Biblical teachings.
  • to help each individual develop a full and rich affectual and effectual prayer life, which benefits their own self as well as family, friends, and the world community.
  • to help each individual to walk in the Holy Spirit instead of the Flesh according to Biblical teachings (Romans 8:13-17).
  • to help each individual develop a rich quality of life and receive healing of spirit, mind, and body from God and His earthly ministers, including physicians and the medical community.

The Path of Life Guidebook: A Spirit, Mind, and Body Journal is structured as a 12-week introductory course, however the goal is also that these practices become the basis for a constant, conscious ritual or life choice.

Excerpt

We are people with specific needs. Maslow’s assumptions about basic human needs find resonance for many of us.

These needs are:
* physiological –to sustain human life, i.e. food, water, shelter.
* security – to be free from danger, i.e. present and future self-preservation.
* affiliation/acceptance-to belong, or be liked and respected by another or others.
* esteem/recognition-to excel in a group in order to be rewarded by another or others.
* self-actualization-the achievement of personal potential [though not at the expense of another (Author’s Note)].1

Herein are true “laws of attraction.” People, in general, are attracted to us if they perceive that we assist or allow them to meet these needs in their personal life. How we meet our needs among others in our families and in
society, in general, will demonstrate our individual and national morality.

Professional Reviews

Rev. Argie M. Araujo
Most people in my life, including Christians, do not know or understand the value of a healthy nutrition and fitness plan. The Path of Life Guidebook makes it evident that “our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit.” I treasure the examples given in Chapter 8 on a “Cleansing Fast.” Yes…we need the spiritual component, but there is much more to the body than the spirit. The balance that we need is precisely illustrated in this book.

Wanda Currie, D. Min., LCSW-C
The Path of Life Guidebook is a great contribution that will benefit a person’s journey towards wholeness of mind, body, and spirit! The chapters on sanctification and endurance as well as the prayer charts are outstanding!

Rev. T. Mathew Rowgh, Ph.D.
The task of caring for one self is often a daunting undertaking. We know what we need to do and yet so often the motivation and discipline is fleeting. From a holistic perspective, Pamela Ellis introduces us to a process where we can not only care for but also nurture the mind, body, and spirit. This guidebook can be a tremendous help to each of us in living life fully and abundantly, as the Lord has intended!
