This book is a great blend of Shin (new) and Ko (old). Having read much of the author's writing I think this may be one of his best works. I thank John for writing it and Strider Nolan for publishing it.

Shihan Maberry, is a very dedicated Instructor and Writer. I recommend martial artist from all disciplines to read his book.
And its an Honor to see a fellow Jujutsuan from Philadelphia publish a book of this fine topic. John keep up the good work.
