I have new women friends after reading this book! Women of strength, character, and many ahead of their time. Miss Minnie brought to mind wonderful memories of my grandmother, mother, teachers, aunts, and the grandmother next door when I was growing up. It is a reminder of all the treasures I have in the women who have come before me. What a debt we owe to these strong, tireless, problem solving women who loved us, made our lives better and made this country better in the process. Thank you Judith, for sharing this important part of history with us.
