Who and what are you? Who is your "father" that put you together in your mother's womb? You are triune and divine: body, soul and spirit. Your indwelling spirit is your "father"!
The book is an attempt to describe the origin, constitution and destiny of Man. Using what the Ancients told us as a starting point, a brief genesis of the Universe and Man is given. The Universe is shown to be triune, comprising a Body, a Mind or Soul, and a ruling Spirit. Man, being a miniature Universe, is also shown to be triune and composed of a Body, a Mind or Soul, and an indwelling ruling Spirit. The book goes on to show that Man is animal by his body and human by his Mind, Soul or Self: an organizing intelligence. This is what we are: partly animal (by the Body) and partly human (by the Mind, Soul or Self); hence the portrayal of man as Centaur, whose human torso is inseparably joined to its equine lower part.
The fact that Man is partly animal and partly human leads us to the acceptance of our Nature, of how and what we are. Our Spirit or "Father" made us the way we are, and this is perfect. Thus, the human Nature needs no amendment. With the acceptance of our Nature, as we are, the Mind realizes that its true mission in the Body is to work closely with the indwelling Spirit, with a view to obtaining the latter's maximal growth. Optimal growth of the Spirit is the sole objective of evolution and the Mind, as husbandman of the Body, is expected to contribute positively to the achievement of the growth. The Mind as an organizing intelligence acts, through the Body and with the help of the Spirit, on the outside world. This process has become almost automatic and the Mind has been deluded into believing that it can of itself, do anything; forgetting that it is actually the Spirit that does everything, through the Mind and the Body. The book goes on to show that the Paradise that Man once enjoyed can only be regained by a re-orientation of the Mind towards the Spirit within. The search of the Self, the I, is for the Spirit within and not for some fictitious "Higher Self". How can the Self search for itself? Who will do the searching? No. The search is done by the Self and for the Spirit within. This search for the Spirit is indeed true religion: a return to the source.

This book is intended for those who desire to get some insight into who and what man is, with a view to transforming their lives. It is an invitation to an inner journey, aimed at discovering:
(1) how man is constituted
(2) what power inhabits man's body
(3) how man can use the power at his disposal to solve everyday problems, live happily and participate in the ongoing work of creation
You may have read many books on the subject of man and the hidden side of things, but let us say with Blaise Pascal: "Words differently arranged have a different meaning and meanings differently arranged have a different effect."
Columbus would never have discovered the Americas had he not disbelieved in the flatness of the world, nor shall we discover this other Inner World if we do not challenge the equally "flat" world view of our skeptical contemporaries and set out on a voyage of discovery in a direction and dimension where they see nothing to discover.
Man's great work is himself. His place of operation is wherever he finds himself and his tools are the means at hand.
On whatever level of our embodied being, the same controlling power - Life - presides over the phenomena of experience. The Ancients tell us that certain Gods presided over marketplaces and others over battlefields - an idea long supposed to have been abandoned as empty superstition. Nevertheless there are Gods, Angels or Divine presiding powers, both of marketplaces and of battlefields; Gods, in fact, having a special and controlling relationship to all the phenomena of the Cosmos. Such Gods are entirely real; and the phenomena we know, as well as many more that we do not, owe their being and their peculiar form to the presidency or participation of those Gods. These Gods are simply modalities of the one God called Life. Electricity, magnetism, attraction and repulsion are all modalities or aspects of a unique power - Life. Moreover it is on a knowledge of the Gods concerned in any given object or event that practical occultism depends for its power.
Emmanuel Kannenechukwu Anizoba is my name. Emmanuel means God is with us, so why and where are we searching for him? Kaanenechuckwu means hope in God - and live fearlessly; and Anizoba means the Earth is my salvation - you stand on the Earth and can then point to the skies. Life must be first lived and celebrated here on Earth. The Spirit of Mother-Earth cares for all who dwell on the planet.
