I say this confidently, because jealousy and envy mostly arise from covetousness, or from one person not being content with his or her material possessions, position, job, spouse, and so on. As a result, he or she starts to envy the one who has abundant blessings. God is the One who gives man all blessings, and He gives it as He will and no one can query Him. If man can realize this, he will refrain from envy and jealousy. When you see a man prospering in his ways, do not envy him because you do not know the measure of grace which God has given him. Therefore, instead of being jealous of the man, glorify God and ask for more grace upon your life. Let me shed some light on this. Imagine you own a manufacturing company of a hundred employees, and one of your products becomes faulty. A customer shows up at your firm and is attended to by an employee. Will you expect the customer to complain and yell at the worker? Yes, this is what happens in this present world we live in! Is it the right thing to do? No, the owner of the firm should be the one responsible for the sub-standard product. The owner is the one who came up with the product idea and should be the one to become irate with. In this same manner, God is the creator of man. He is the One who blesses and prospers man; so, if anyone is jealous of his neighbor, stop and go face God, not man. There are many results of jealousy and envy, including theft, hatred, murder, malice, anger, and so on. When man exhibits the genuine spirit of God’s love, he or she cannot harbor jealousy and envy in the heart. Love is a very potent spiritual weapon given to man by God. This is one great reason God made love the most important commandment in the bible. If you look at the biblical scripture, you would see that Cain killed his brother, Abel out of jealousy because God accepted Abel’s sacrifice but rejected Cain’s. Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat. And the LORD respected Abel and his offering But He did not respect Cain and his offering. And Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell. So the LORD said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.” Now Cain talked with Abel his brother; and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him. Although, I would love to see more personal testimonies from the author; Jimi succinctly discusses negative personal attributes such as jealousy, pride, judging, lack of wisdom, and more; and provides ways of escape leading to a fulfilled life.

After reading this book and thinking on its truths; I am now aware of my negative and positive personal characters, and know how to terminate the downsides and elevate the upsides. The author shares unique inspirational and positive messages which he backs up with the word of God.

This book has inspired how I perceive things in life, my decision making and how to deal with my emotions. My spiritual thought and belief were built after reading this book. The best thing about this book is it helps me to be content with what I have, who I am and stop being jealous on what others have or wishing I am some other person. Enlightening and Inspirational
This book has been a blessing to me in more ways than one. Identifying certain attributes that I never realized were negatives/positives has definitely put certain things in perspective for me. I believe everyone that reads this will have several key points to gain from it and be able to share their findings with others. Over the course of his 3 book releases, Jimi is fast becoming an author whose books I look forward to reading.
