There is an obvious synergy with nature in all of the pages within Karma Bank. I'm very sensitive to lyrics in music. For me, songs should be like poetry. Chiemi captures her raw emotion throughout the pages and the dated entries have it read a bit like a diary. The timing of this book is particularly crucial as you can tell Chiemi dug deep during the pandemic and pulled out all the stops. The artwork is amazing, as I believe it's all local artists. Candid photos of Chiemi make it feel like her personal journal and not a corporate production. The book is intimate. If you enjoy this type of experience, I highly suggest you grab a copy. It's a beautiful work by someone with passion and courage.
