From the jungles of South America to the Canadian border, Dolan reaps justice where none is to be found.
"But you see, I have decided that I am a dragon slayer, an archangel of sorts that takes care of rapists when no one else will do it. I can ignore the tears and the blubbering because I know they come from a frozen heart and a rotten soul."

The next hour, Harry spent in the proctor's room with the lights out. He removed the shoe lace from one of his dress shoes and shoved it in the pocket of his sweat pants. When the red numbers of the digital clock announced the hour of three A.M., Dolan once again ventured outside. By now, Earl would have spanked the monkey and dozed off. He wouldn’t be worrying about the future the way poor Sam did as, like most pedophiles, Coopersmith thinks he is infallible.
Father Glade quietly entered the dark apartment of a snoring Coopersmith. He stood to the side of the door jam and watched the sleeping man who now wore a tee shirt and jockey shorts. The right hand rested on the head board of the bed just behind the Major's head which made Harry grin. Dolan walked over to the far side of the bed and tied the idle hand to the headboard with the shoe string. On the Major's dresser were clean underwear and a pair of black socks. Harry pulled one of the socks out then returned to the right side of the twin bed. From the other pocket he withdrew the capped syringe that he had procured from Sr. Marcella's office. With one hand Dolan removed the cap then pulled back the plunger with the other, filling the syringe with air.
This was no mere illusion. Colin Chase Rand, pulled through a magical portal, landed in 1935 where the dust bowl and the Great Depression was destroying lives, and a serial killer was in their midst
