Target of Greed follows the life or Mike Reed and Frank Williams, two college buddies from the University of Albany. A light hearted romantic journey that turns serious when Jumbo Oil, (the company that employs Mike) sends him to the oil fields of Africa after receiving word about the death of terminal manager Jeff Keys and his family.
Soon after his arrivial, Mike discovers strong and convincing evidence that their deaths were no accident. With some long distance help from Frank over the internet they come up with a plan to avenge their deaths.

The company jet was on final approch when Mike and James arrived at the airport. Amy looked out the window and commented about all the smoke in the area to Bob.
"That's residual burn off from oil refineries in the area. We don't refine oil here; we just export crude from our facility here," Bob replied. The jet made a few turns before making its rapid decent to the airport. Mike watched as the jet gently touched ddown and taxied to the tower area.
