This collection is an amalgamation of the first decade of my creative journey. It is comprised of what I consider to be the most thought provoking and vocabularly creative poetry that I've written.
Exegesis allowed me to embark on a true journey of circumspection and introspection, because I was able to read and study each poem that I have created, and this challenged me with having to select what I considered to be my best and most telling works to date.
Creating this collection was a definite test and quest, one in which I can honestly say, I was made to see myself artistically. I am very thankful for that because I feel that this helped me to grow. My prayer is that when people read this collection, they'll be able to say that they enjoyed it and felt positively impacted by the poetry contained within it.
