Current Emotion / Reaction & Intensity:
Describe how you truly feel at this moment about what's going on. This is a good opportunity to really explore your feelings. Don't hold back. Are you angry, fearful, regretful, happy, anxious, overwhelmed, defeated, resentful, agitated, elated or excited? Write it down. Create your own rating system (numbers, stars, plus signs, exclamation marks, etc.) and record the intensity of your emotion in the box. Be consistent with your rating system because you may want to review these entries later looking for patterns and progress.
