I have had so much anger pent up inside for so very long. This anger is slowly starting to leak out of the gate that has held it captive. Everyone needs some form of outlet - some form of release, this is mine. It's time to release my anger. It shall not be pent up or held captive any longer.

The life that I used to lead
Is dead and gone.
That life died in the wreck.
I can no longer
Be the same person.
I can no longer be
With my children every day
And that will always and forever kill me.
Here,
In this new life,
I must learn
To live for myself.
I am no longer here
To make everyone else
Happy.
I need to learn
To make myself happy.
Once I learn
To make myself happy,
My children will be happier.
The biggest joy
In my life,
Which is the one thing
That hasn’t changed from before
And will never change,
Is my children.
That is one thing,
That no matter what happens,
Will never change
My children
Have,
And always will be,
My heart and soul.
So,
From now until my dying day,
I will live
For my children’s happiness
And well being.
And (basically) say
Screw everything else.
As long as
I have my children,
Know that they will continue to love me,
And know that they are happy,
There will be happiness in my life.
