Past Tense is divided into twenty-four sections, with varying numbers of entries, most of which are one page long. Each section has its own introductory page, and most of the book’s pages are filled with quotes at the top and bottom, from people known and unknown, but each wise in his or her own way.
The aim is to provide complete solutions to subjects discussed so that we don’t simply offer ideas on handling stressful situations, but also provide step-by-step methods of achieving ultimate solutions.
For example, under Section Seven – Family And Stress, the entry “Raising Children” is followed by “10 Tips on Raising Children.”
We also devote many pages to another side to stress that helps motivate us to get out of bed in the morning. That is, the stressors that have a positive affect because they impel us to perform well, and help us to achieve our hopes and dreams.
On the pages that follow you will find the complete Table of Contents of the sections of our book. The section titles should be self-explanatory, while some of the entry titles within each section may make you wonder what in the world we have in mind. We sincerely hope that you’ll not hesitate to ask, because we’re more than happy to answer!
