Phoenix of The Valley is a collection of over sixty poems by Grey Wolf, covering a quarter of a century of writing. The book is illustrated with full colour photographs by the author of the Upper Swansea Valley. These include many of the medieval Llangiwg Church (now a community-owned arts venue), as well as others from Ystradgynlais, Ystalyfera, the Brecon Beacons National Park in Cwmgiedd and at Craig-y-Nos, and a few from Caerbont, Callwen and the Sennybridge Show.
