Must Read
Once again, author Dennis Higgins wrote a book that had me such in its grip I had to neglect my chores to see what happened next! His third novel, Almost Yesterday, continued to take me along this fantastical time travel experience and made me wonder about the possibilities. Dennis' use of actual history and facts are blended with his imagination of what might happen in the future. More than once, I have found myself thinking "How does he come up with this stuff?" Many conversations could be started using his ideas and the phrase, "What if ..."

I have enjoyed the development of the characters as they began in Dennis' first novel, Parallel Roads, then grew in his second, Katya and Cyrus, and have been brought along through Almost Yesterday. Haven't read the first two novels yet? Not to worry, you will be guided through Almost Yesterday by the author's talented words and not feel as if you have missed something. Of course, you will then want to time travel through his first two books!

I truly hope Mr. Higgins' imagination remains fertile and yields a bountiful harvest of novels for us all to sink our teeth into! Oh wait, I just traveled to the future and back. Wait `til you read what's in store in book four!

Almost Yesterday
Once again, Dennis Higgins has not failed to deliver. Having read his previous two books in this series, I felt very comfortable starting this book, already knowing the back-stories of the main characters. He has pushed his time-lines farther than ever, and as usual ties them all together, while at the same time, leaving the reader ready for the next part of the saga. Keep them coming Dennis!

You Won't Want to Put it Down
This is the second in the series and you won't want to put it down. The time travelers jump from the future to the past and back again into the future. We get a look at our time, the past which we know as history (which is well done) and what the future holds for us. By using the different time travelers that make up the group you can't wait to turn the pages to see what is happening. He guides you from one pair and leaves you hanging and then to the next pair and then back again so you have to keep reading. He has done a wonderful job at holding my attention and making me upset at being left hanging, but I can't wait for the next book. This is a great, well done book. A great read.
