Took me back to my roots
I enjoyed this book. I especially liked the way the author uses such vivid descriptions in minute detail, it enables the reader a perfect visual picture of the people and places in the book, as well as the feelings of young love, family bonds and endurance through difficult circumstances.
Grear Read, Ready For More!
Such a sweet story about young love that grows in East Tennessee. The author truly draws you in with her vivid details of family life and a young girls heartbreak. The story unfolds in a very realistic setting and the characters are well developed in a sense you feel like you know them. Ready to find out what happens next........
Summer Winds
This is a truly touching story about love in the first degree. Wanda Smith has a way with words that makes the characters come to life and stand out,heads above the rest,in their roles. I was deeply touched by this novel and would recommend it to everyone who wants to get a grip on life. The arena she unfolds the plot in is the south and you just don't find people like that anymore. She goes into vivid detail when describing her scenes and grabs and drags the reader into the story. It is highly unusual for me to read a book more than once but this if definitely going on my re-read list and i am putting it at the top of th pile.
