It was interesting. First to realize there is a problem. I liked the format of the book, the way the chapters are laid out with pointers about what to do and in depth explanations, then at the end of each chapter the pointers are listed in an easy to access way. The book takes the reader from first acknowledging the problem all the way to resolving the problem with continued effort.
