I love Italian sauces since I was a child. These recipes are top-notch and easy to cook if you follow the instructions precisely. It is a great recipe book for the kitchen bookshelf, and provides clear and helpful instructions on how to make Italian sauces for the entire family. My favorite recipe is the White Villeroy sauce.
