This is a trilogy, a story about snake charmers, holy men, a long-lost treasure, a time-travelling spirit, and an Arabian knight stranded in the 21st century.
PART ONE
Kashmira's life may have been very different if a snake charmer, Govinda, had not rescued her from a pack of hungry dogs. She blossomed into a beautiful woman and married the love of her life, a young boy called Juan Phillipe Delgado who was shipwrecked off the coast of Ceylon in 1884.
From that day on, they became his family and the mystical land of Ceylon became the place he called home. It is also the story of an orphan called Govinda whose life changed on the day that he met a holy man who taught him how to charm seven snakes at a time.
PART TWO
In Part Two, Kashmira makes an appearance in the life of a young man from modern-day Melbourne. She has unfinished business and chooses Jasper Powell, and his girlfriend Sally, to complete a task that she could not.
PART THREE
Part Three is a bonus story and it's just a bit of fun. Kashmira, joins forces with the illustrious Lady Felicity Originalis and a few close friends in a hilarious adventure to help a would-be Arabian Knight on a mission to save his family from the clutches of an evil necromancer.

CHAPTER 38
This was more than just a family reunion. It was the beginning of an emotional odyssey. The moment I saw the two people who had brought me into the world, I could not hold back the tears.
I had expected my mother to cry but not my father. They had endured ten long years of not knowing whether I had lived or died, ten long years of heartache and pain, and ten long years lost in the depths of despair.
As I would learn for myself, that is what happens when a force beyond your control suddenly rips the most precious things out of your life.
And when you eventually come up for air, you are stranded in no-man’s land. Until a few weeks ago, my parents had almost given up hope of ever seeing me again.
I had barely come to terms with what had happened, but I would never have made it at all without Kashmira.
I had been raised by a loving family. I had met the love of my life and I was now a happily married man, but it could have been different if Kashmira had been dressed as a typical Ceylonese peasant.
In his wisdom, Captain Alvarez not only insisted that we purchase a suitable wardrobe for this venture, he even allocated company funds to ensure that we looked our best and would therefore be acceptable in any social situation.
The moment that Kashmira stepped out of the carriage my parents could not believe their eyes. She looked like the Queen of Egypt in a blue silk gown with narrow sloping shoulders.
And then they did something I will never forget. They opened their arms and welcomed my beloved wife into their lives. They were simply overjoyed to have me back and they were too ill and too frail to care anymore.
