The individuals who participated, volunteered their recipes and ideas, also they have share a little information about themselves and used their nickname as naming their favor recipes. Hopefully, this book will help to make it less complicated for people to learn how to prepare easy delicious meals for all to enjoy.

My mother was born in Flint, Michigan. She has three children, one son and two daughters. My mother mastered cooking by watching my grandmother cooking meals "from scratch". My mother knew just what to add to make food taste so much better! My mother was known for cooking three course meals. People in our neighborhood, knew they could always visit our home and eat a great meal, cooked my mother. Some neighbors took "take outs" to their elderly family members. Being the oldest and only son allowed me to have an advantage over my sisters; my mother would fix my favorite meals quite often. I was always eating and never gained much weight. I think she was trying to make me gain weight!
