I. Police Officer Scott Patrick filed internal charges in Egan regarding 

Black marketing of evidence in criminal and civil cases in the police evidence property room. 

He also filed a legal case versus the government officials in this case for redress. This is the lot of a great police officer. He later gave his life for these actions in broad daylight in Smith Street. A young man named Fict was signaled to pull over with his girlfriend. When a police Officer Scott Patrick arraigned the young man. The young man emptied a full clip into the police officer who was killed out of a minor ticketing incident. Later investigation revealed internal blooded connections by the Fict perpetrator. I personally as a cop down Media person thought the case should have been outsourced and a flexible penalty be given the jury.  I was given a no good deed goes unpunished ticket for attending and honoring the fallen Police officer Scott Patrick. 

II. Florida is a Click It  Ticket State.

 Minnesota is not a click it ticket state. You have a legal right to confront an accuser in a court of law in Minnesota. I have a business office in Florida where there is a much better business climate to pay vehicle taxes for an RV. However, Florida has had a number of government offices closed to pay fines or tickets. I have tried unsuccessfully to pay the fees in Florida. You can only pay I have been told the fees by special appointment. I have business in Florida. However, I received a click it ticket fix a problem on private property where I have paid rent by ironically a Police Official by the name of Scott H. This happened on a week end where government officials in Florida at not at work. The police office falsified the police ticket criminally. I wish to have this ticket entered into a permanent government record with a judge not just a clerk in the courtroom. A case with a judge can be appealed and the evidence cannot be destroyed. A police officer will be i dismissed from the police force for perjury or doctoring charges. These are felonies. 

III.Internal Criminal  

 Filed In Tampa by Patrick ODougherty against Sheriff Scott H.

Of the Hillsborough Sheriff’s Department. 

Officer Scott H has committed felony level ticket falsification. I am asking his termination from the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office in honor of the deceased Police Officer Scott Patrick I wish criminal internal charges filed. There is evidence missing in this case!
