Slippery Slope Surprise
Is the dead body on a ski slope connected to the financial problems of the leader of the LA mob? This fast paced mystery features the start of a career as a PI of a young female former Mossad agent, Shasta Weber, whom Roger recruited in the previous book in the series. She is an impressive multitalented woman. As with the other books in the series, we get a combination of mystery and travel adventure.
Good Book
A case of embezzlement leads to the involvement of the Private Eyes in another case. A body is found on the ski slopes. Is it connected and how do the players line up in the bigger picture? Though Suzanne takes a lesser role in this latest mystery Roger and his team steamroll through the investigation process to solve the crimes. I have read/reviewed a few of the titles in this ongoing series and will most likely read more at a later date.
