A great book for training counsellors

 DR. Henderson (Ph.D Psychology) uses the Carl Rogers person-centred counselling appproach in a seven stage outcomes based counselling process. The books is very comprehensive and contains additional chapters on forming crisis call-out teams, debriefing groups, counselling couples, suicide counselling and running support groups.
