In fact, we were real lucky, because those guys at the craps table were good, and the dealers missed the obvious tells. It just wasn’t that often four players suddenly bought-in for two or three thousand dollars on the craps game. Most big players take a marker, or credit at the table, and for there to be four guys at one time, well…by the time the team had their four players all set-up, I had three cameras on the game. Mitch was calling security at the same time I was turning joysticks, and then I was calling the craps pit.
The shooter began whooping and hollering, shaking his fist as though the dice were loose in his hand, not wedged neatly between his pinky and thumb. To his right, a team member was throwing a stack of $100’s onto the table in the field-bet area, and anticipating a three-to-one payoff, and on the left side of the stick-man when the dice stayed on twelve, and two team members were bending over the layout and asking for bets from the inside dealers.
The dice left the shooter’s hand and came out the other side of the tunnel created by the bent-over members showing boxcars. The supervisor watching the game was quick enough to see what was happening and grabbed at the money in the field, scuffling with the player’s trying to get their money, and get out.

This is a really good book if you want to learn about how casinos work. Lots of technical gaming stuff like blackjack and roulette camera work is included, so you'll have a good idea what is going on at the casino from the protagonist's point of you. The story is told in first person.
The book reads like a detective novel once the action really gets going, with the main character, a surveillance worker, bogged down with his job and suddenly in the middle of many strange occurrences. Finally he confides in his girlfriend about his problems and they hit the casino to try and straighten things out.
