A memoir of my life's journey with mental illness
bipolar bare /b>tells my story of 40 years of undiagnosed bipolar disorder. I had many years of mania and depression that I believed were caused by the events in my childhood. This book recounts those childhood events and the bouts of mania and depression that I suffered after as an adult. The book also follows my path to find ways to mitigate the illness through meditation, and how that worked.
