As the second world war draws toward its inevitable conclusion Hitler presses a forestry worker named Viktor Schauberger, who has invented an amazing power source, into the service of the Third Reich in the hopes that Viktor's repulsine design will provide the much needed final piece to the advanced, saucer shaped aircraft that the furor hopes will give the Reich a strategic edge over the Allies. What Viktor accidently discovers, however, is that his invention, the repulsine, has the capability to send people backward in time.
