His life in turmoil, Billy Sharp decides to visit his aunt, a marine biologist, living in a small fishing village on the North Atlantic coast. Billy then meets a mysterious sea captain under investigation for murder and becomes involved in a quest for truth and justice.
Fifteen year-old Billy Sharp's girlfriend might be pregnant, but rather than stay with her, he travels to visit his tomboy aunt Trixie, who works as a Marine biologist on the rugged east cost of Newfoundland. While there, he befriends Captain Arrow, a black sea captain, under investigation for the murder of a crewmate.
Billy must risk his life to survive.
