In his zeal to prove the issue is a scam orchestrated by Hanoi to blackmail the US, he makes more than a few enemies, and meets a beautiful girl whose father is one of them--and wants Buzz eliminated. His quest takes him back to Southeast Asia, first in Bangkok where he meets a mysterious man who claims to know where live POWs are being held in North Vietnam.
