This is a memoir of a woman with bipolar disorder who had the disorder her enitire life but was not diagosed until middle age. Finally she finds out why she has so much difficulty with her life and treatment begins. Unfortunately, it takes her years to find medication which works for her and she continues to lose jobs and destroy relationiships.
Finally she is given the right combination of meds and her life begins to turn around. For the first time she feels "Normal" and is able to work and live peacefully. |
