Nibs is a fourteen year old white half Persian tom cat with large black spots who can speak through his elderly owner who lives in a run down cockroach infested tenement building on social security. One of his master’s cousins dies and leaves Nibs an estate worth three hundred billion dollars. Nibs hires on some servants, buys a mega yacht and goes off to London where their customs get him and his servants in trouble and they are thrown in jail. Some of Nibs’ employees have fallen in love with each other and have decided to get married aboard one of Nibs’ mega yachts; the Cat’s Meow and then spend their honeymoons in the peaceful countryside of Zhangwang, but as any reader will tell you that Nibs in his constant quest for peace and quiet either for his self or his staff as he calls his servants always seem to find just the opposite and this time is no exception as they run into rioting inside China, break downs of the bus service amidst floods and then run smack in to a civil war in Zhangwang and become prisoners.

In the 10th episode Nibs the king of Boodocky and the world’s richest cat had retired to his island paradise releasing the duties of most his former employees which he calls his staff and now after almost a year has passed realizes how much he has missed them, so he decides to have a reunion with them.
