U.S. Reliance on China’s Green Energy:
Neville Chamberlain Revisited!
Before WWII, Neville Chamberlain had been the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1937 to 1940. Chamberlain is best known for his role in the Munich Agreement of 1938, which ceded the German-speaking parts of Czechoslovakia to Hitler, and that foolish concession is now the most popular example of the feckless foreign policy that is presently known as “Appeasement”.
The Sudetenland part of Czechoslovakia had been assigned to Germany between the 1st and 10th of October 1938. The independent Czech part of Czechoslovakia was subsequently invaded by Germany in March of 1939, with a portion being annexed, and the remainder of the country being turned into the Protectorate of Bohemia and also Moravia.
Those liberal Americans who dually believe in “Green Energy”, and also subsequently, as a result, in general Appeasement to Red China, are involuntarily surrendering their basic American Principles to President Xi and his Red China Regime.
Communist President Xi is very pragmatic, practical, patient, and methodical. When the Red Chinese finally obtain the bulk of their petroleum transported overland from their allies, principally Iran, Pakistan and Russia, the Communists will not have to worry about the mile and a half-wide chokepoint, the Strait of Malacca shortcut, where presently, 80% of its imported oil (and world trade to Europe) must currently pass through, ever being blockaded by the U.S. Navy. Then, when sufficient Chinese pipelines are in operation originating into China from Iran, from Pakistan, and from Russia, Red China will be emboldened to blockade the island of Taiwan, and the ruthless Communists will soon control the South China Sea, thus isolating America's allies Japan, Taiwan, and Australia from its major trading partner, the United States. By that dreaded time, China's ever-burgeoning Navy will be much stronger in the South China Sea than the U.S. Navy will be in that vital sea trade area.
U.S. Green Energy advocates ignore the two basic geopolitical premises of the "Red China Menace’s twofold sleight-of-hand” chicanery: the strategic Malaysian “Strait of Malacca”, and next, the unscrupulous Chinese “Belt and Road Initiative”; both of these challenges constitute dangerous Chinese policies of which I shall address later in this essay.
Over the past eight decades, the U.S. has become the world's greatest superpower because of its prolific use of fossil fuels. COMMUNIST China realizes that fossil fuels (oil, gas, LNG) represent their keys to becoming the world's #1 economy and military superpower, gradually replacing the U.S. economic dominance upon the World Stage.
Our U.S. Military (tanks, jet fighters, etc.) runs on fossil fuels. Electric cars need fossil fuel and coal plants to generate the electricity necessary to power the energy that those new cars use; in short, windmills, lithium car batteries, and solar panels will not win a prospective war with China. China will defeat us with their reliance on oil, gas and LNG. China now has over 2,500 coal-fired plants in operation to supply energy, and it plans to build hundreds more, while the U.S. is recklessly reducing its functional coal plants and petroleum facilities.
As China is gladly assisting the U.S. in riding the Green Energy Express Train into the future, the wily Communists are minimizing their usage of Green Energy and maximizing their consumption of indispensable fossil fuels. In 20 years, China will surpass the U.S., both militarily and economically, by basing its economy on fossil fuels, while cleverly selling solar panels, windmills, and electric cars and batteries to the U.S.
Those Americans who can't see this obvious American surrender of “Petroleum Power” reality that is occurring in real-time before their very eyes, then those modern-day Don Quixotes’ ultra-liberal naivete cannot understand that this ongoing “power transfer” to Red China is detrimentally contributing to the decline and fall of the United States of America.
Cobalt and lithium, which are the main components of electric car batteries, are definitely environmentally unsafe, both in terms of excavation, and also in terms of eventual waste disposal. But regardless, this current, general discussion is essentially about the survival of the United States of America in its faltering competition with the distrustful New World Axis Powers of China, Russia and Iran.
Naïve American idealists who possess anemic, impractical academic analysis of fossil fuels versus "Green Energy", are playing quixotic wiffleball, while China, Russia and Iran are playing serious hardball. "Green Energy" and the "Belt Road Initiative" are the two very PRACTICAL strategies that China is implementing to systematically dethrone the U.S., without ever firing a single bullet.
Red China is gradually taking-over 3rd World countries with its “Belt Road Initiative”. The Chinese Communists shrewdly lend low-interest money to 3rd World Countries for major infrastructure road, dam, and construction projects, and then the CCP extorts power when the bankrupt 3rd World Countries can no longer borrow money from the World International Monetary Fund to pay their extensive debts to China. Meanwhile, China is taking over strategic international ports, where its ever-burgeoning navy will decisively operate to isolate U.S. Allies' India, Australia, and Japan from major international shipping zones.
And where oil and gas cannot be piped and pumped into China, major “ROADS” are being built through the Himalayas (and other hostile environments) into China to deliver petroleum and gas, just as Biden, Newsom and other liberal fools are playing into the Chinese power-play by advocating "Green Energy" while buying solar panels, windmills and lithium batteries, mostly from China, which simultaneously, is coyly increasing its additional acquisition of FOSSIL FUELS from Russia, Pakistan and Iran to accommodate its 1.4 BILLION population. Now. either Biden and Newsome are stupid and incompetent, or the pair are complicit in aiding and abetting China by endorsing GREEN ENERGY, while coincidentally, hurting the United States’ petroleum production.
As Americans logically know, solar panels and windmills cannot operate automobiles. The electricity obtained from charging stations must be generated from fossil fuel and coal sources, which the Biden Administration is harmfully eliminating. Thus, the political elite are giving obvious ADVANTAGES to CHINA in terms of energy, cultural survival, economics, supply chains, military dominance, and essentially, the future.
In terms of economics, the U.S. Dollar (also known as the PETRO Dollar), has had its power over the last nine decades generated from oil production and development. The PETRO DOLLAR (the present World Currency Reserve) is what various countries currently use to pay 80% of INTERNATIONAL TRADING DEBTS. The remaining 20% of the international trading debts are handled with payments made with the British Pound and the Japanese Yen.
Red China wants to replace the U.S. Dollar, the British Pound Sterling, and the Japanese Yen with the Red China Yuan, and its sinister plan is to become so powerful by developing and using FOSSIL FUELS, which, in the past, had made the U.S. the dominant power in the world. Already, China is trading with Russia in Rubbles and Yuan currencies, deliberately challenging and bypassing the formerly dominant American Petro Dollar.
If Americans have been blinded by this Chinese plot of using GREEN ENERGY to weaken the U.S. Dollar upon the international stage, while coincidentally expanding its power both economically and militarily with FOSSIL FUELS, then, I hate to put it bluntly, those well-intentioned-but-naïve Americans who advocate “Green Energy” in the name of “Climate Change” are part of the problem and not part of the solution.
This analysis is fundamentally about how China is strengthening its military and its economy by increasing its use of FOSSIL FUELS, and how, in the meantime, China is weakening the U.S. by making the Democrats, led by Biden and Newsom, advocate GREEN ENERGY, which now represents only 15% of the total American power supply. China’s strategic goal is to make once energy-independent America dependent on petroleum from Venezuela and Saudi Arabia, while the U.S., like Europe, fantasizes with the folly of going with “Green Energy” being supplied mostly from China.
While this imaginative CCP canard is being enacted, China’s new ally, Russia, has convinced Europe to go the Green Energy Route. Now that the EU is worried about Russia invading and destroying nearby Ukraine, Russia is shrewdly attempting to weaken and break-up NATO by cutting-off Europe from its oil and gas pipelines, with Putin fully knowing that China will buy-up all of the petroleum not being sent to Europe, which will greatly suffer frigid, life-threatening temperatures from the imminent cold winter. This perilous scenario is compounded when the U.S. is no longer energy independent and consequently, cannot export much surplus petroleum to assist our European NATO Allies, who are being held hostage this winter by Vladimir Putin.
Regrettably, flaccid, left-wing philosophy is truly contributing to the demise of both the United States of America and the EU. History tends to repeat itself. If you can't see the similarity between the 1940s Axis Powers of Germany, Italy and Japan before WWII and today's New Axis Powers of Red China, Iran and Russia preparing for WWIII and World Domination, then you are beyond help, and therefore, your flimsy liberal Green Energy beliefs are a serious and dangerous threat to the United States of America, which has been the greatest force for good that this fragile world has ever known. I suggest that Green Energy Acolytes ally with pragmatic conservatives with America First GOOD, and not be a gullible supporter of Red China's "GREEN ENERGY EVIL".
Red China's "Belt Road Initiative", along with the Communist Nation’s remote "Strait of Malacca" chokepoint dilemma, are being used by China to gradually and shrewdly defeat the U.S. upon the World Stage without ever firing a single bullet.
While China is quietly increasing the number of its 2,500 coal-fired electric-producing facilities, the U.S. is reducing the number of its 15 remaining plants (and its remaining 7 petroleum refining facilities) because of its self-destructive "Green Energy" strategy heading into the future.
China controls the bulk of "Rare Earth Elements" like Lithium and Cobalt used to make "Electric Care Engines", while China is also producing most of the U.S. needs for solar panels and windmills, just as the Communist Regime is methodically increasing its production (and acquisition) of crude oil and natural gas from Russia, Pakistan and Iran.
In short, Red China is tricking the U.S. and "the West" into converting away from fossil fuels to "Green Energy", while President Xi’s regime is actually doing the opposite by increasing the number of coal-fired electric plants, along with acquiring a greater supply of oil, gasoline and LNG (Liquid Natural Gas) from Russia, from Pakistan and from Iran.
On numerous occasions, and worthy of reiteration, China has stated its cardinal goals of becoming the world's greatest military and economic power within the next 15 years. With the assistance of Biden and Newsom's widespread GREEN ENERGY nonsense, China will easily achieve its prime objectives. Maybe climate activists and irrational liberals indirectly wish to become victims and slaves to Red China world dominance, but I certainly don't! Our American standard-of-living will rapidly decline to a Third World level if China gets its way.
Probably the biggest and most practical reason for the U.S. to have a fossil fuel energy economy as opposed to a solar and wind based energy economy is the simple fact that Petroleum and Natural Gas can be easily STORED in abundance to be used later; whereas, wind and solar cannot be STORED in large amounts, but must be used right away onto a power grid after being obtained by means of solar panels and windmills. The Chinese Communists along with President Xi fully understand this current indisputable reality of FOSSIL FUEL STORAGE versus WIND & SOLAR NON-STORAGE, but quite apparently, Joe Biden and his Democrat colleagues do not comprehend the obvious limitations of solar and wind energy! Hence, in the future, unless strategies radically change in Washington, economic and military fossil fuel advantage will go to China over the United States naive "Green Energy", self-destructive policies. It does not take an erudite genius to understand that there is little solar and wind power when the sun doesn't shine, or when the wind does not blow.
In order to save America, it is important that either Trump, or Pompeo, or DeSantis be elected President in 2024, along with a cooperative Republican House and Senate. Any of those three patriots will bring-down the Chinese economy in a similar manner as to how President Reagan had done with the corrupt Russian Communist economy in the late 1980s, thus diminishing the former Soviet Union into today's much-weaker Russia. The same proven approach now needs to be effectively done with the dangerous threat of Red China before the freedom clock runs-out.
For the U.S. to survive and endure in the future, American Liberty must defeat the Chinese/Russian/Iranian Green Energy Trojan Horse before the new Axis of Evil destroys the United States!
