Ideas are like the open sky and no matter where you look, there is openness. When it is cloudy and you feel down you continue regardless of outcome. When the sun shines, you are high, but never out of touch. When it rains you might get wet, but it never reaches you inside. No matter what the conditions, staying in the grove maintains the focus of creativity within the spirit of inspiration.

Being a life long Farmington Valley Connecticut resident my writing career began during many years of working in the quality-manufacturing arena. These experiences included working on NASA projects, the Apollo program, and a variety of other space satellites contracts including Hughes Satellites. This has given me the credibility with knowledge of human behavior. I find writing totally relaxing; it gives me the mindset in what life has to offer. Discipline and termination are the drivers allowing the juices to convey what would usually remain obscured. There is no end to writing because everyday is a new beginning with a new creation. Discipline and termination are the drivers allowing the juices of creativity to flow that would normally remain hidden. Having the freedom of expressions is one gift that many people take for granted. With life experiences, began the creativity of the psyche.
Comments received, “Your writing displays not only thoughtful attention to detail but an awareness of mainstream fiction. Your scenes are especially vivid and realistic. The storyline is intriguing; there are elements of good fiction writing, such as the vividness of place; and there is a demand for good works within this category. I am impressed by your effort and feel your work shows potential for competing on the commercial market. There is a strong dramatic element in your writing.”
The second edition of Threshold Of Consciousness has been released. Quality in the manufacturing arena requires talented people. At times, they have been forgotten. Threshold Of Consciousness covers a small segment of their life. Quality people accept the challenge to guide the manufacture process. The media for the most part does not cover the average professional in quality until there is a major crisis. I contributed one article titled Marketing Bliss in The Published Author's Guide to Promotion carrying the subtitle, Marketing Tips by Published Authors. Currently I have over fifty short stories including four articles on my website. This continues the informational updates in the writing environment. A member of the Connecticut Muse Literary Society and an active member of the Connecticut Authors and Publishers Association (CAPA) open’s the door for marketing and added publicity. Past board member and newsletter editor for “The Authority”. Articles written for The Authority (CAPA), “Writing the Dreaded Synopsis”, “Writing the Dreaded Screenplay Treatment” and “The Challenge” (posted on the website). Having TV and Radio experience adds to the ability to market written creations. This continues the informational updates in the writing environment.

Listed are excerpts of reviews of my two published novels. “Joe Vojt does an excellent job in allowing readers to experience the pain, suffering, and difficulties of the main character Clay. With an outstanding cast of secondary characters, smoothly created plot and dialogue, THRESHOLD OF CONSCIOUSNESS is not to be missed.” Suzie Housley, Book Reviewer for Myself.com. Threshold Of Consciousness II “Vojt crafts a distinctive novel that precisely captures the field he’s addressing-his vast experience in quality control is obvious. He is a promising emerging writer whose sequel does that rarest of things: stands up as a unique work with its own unique vision.” Reviewed by Jonathan Adam DeCoteau for The Coffee Cramp Reviews. I am also one of the contributing authors for The Published Author's Guide to Promotion. Carrying the subtitle Marketing Tips by Published Authors
